01 Introduction

Welcome to Buas33. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", "you") and Buas33 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at buas33.asia.

By creating an account, accessing any service, or using any feature of the Buas33 platform, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 21 years of age; (b) have read these Terms in full; (c) agree to be legally bound by all provisions herein; and (d) accept that these Terms may be updated from time to time, with continued use of the platform constituting acceptance of any revised version.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on Buas33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Buas33 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 for all gambling activities. Proof of age will be required during KYC verification.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not hold, and have not previously held, another Account on the Buas33 Platform under any name, identity, or payment method.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or employer, and all funds deposited are your own.
• You have not been self-excluded or excluded by Buas33 from using the Platform under a prior arrangement.
• You are of sound mind and are not suffering from any compulsive gambling disorder that would make your participation inappropriate.

04 Account Registration & Security

When registering an Account on Buas33, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly should any details change.

4.1 — Account Information

You are required to provide a valid email address, full legal name, date of birth, and contact number during registration. Buas33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided, including a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, or proof of address, at any time.

4.2 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. Buas33 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

In the event you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat.

4.3 — One Account Policy

Each individual may register only one Account on Buas33. The Company employs automated and manual processes to detect duplicate registrations. Any Player found operating multiple Accounts will have all associated Accounts suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any Account Balances forfeited.

05 Deposits & Payments

Buas33 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and select cryptocurrency options including BTC, ETH, and USDT.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50, unless otherwise stated for specific promotions.
• Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within a maximum of 10 minutes for standard bank transfers, subject to the payment provider's processing time.
• Buas33 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• All deposited funds must be from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Buas33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence that a deposit payment method belongs to the Account holder before processing any withdrawal.

06 Withdrawals

Buas33 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and fairly. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• A minimum of one successful deposit must have been made prior to any withdrawal request.
• KYC verification — including submission of valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., MyKad) — must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM MYT). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the earliest opportunity during the next available window.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the Buas33 finance team.
• Any active Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements must be forfeited before a withdrawal is permitted, unless the applicable bonus terms state otherwise.
• Buas33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals exceeding MYR 10,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

Buas33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus principles set out below.

7.1 — General Bonus Rules

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While any bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is MYR 500 (or the equivalent). Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion pages.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unmet bonuses will expire in accordance with the validity window stated in the promotion — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of activation or crediting.
• Sticky Bonuses: Where a bonus is designated as "sticky" or "non-cashable", only the net winnings generated from the bonus (not the bonus amount itself) may be withdrawn upon completion of wagering requirements.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Some bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus play. This cap will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms.

7.2 — Bonus Abuse

Buas33 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend an Account where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, wagering on both sides of a bet to guarantee profit, or exploiting promotional mechanics in bad faith.

08 Game Rules & Betting Conduct

All games and betting markets available on the Buas33 platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before participating.

• All slot and RNG table game outcomes are determined by an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are final and cannot be disputed on grounds of perceived unfairness arising from normal random variance.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a session, Buas33 reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked funds to the Player's Account. The Company accepts no liability for losses incurred due to a malfunctioning game round beyond the return of the original stake.
• For live sports betting, odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation shall be the final accepted odds.
• Buas33 reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, a technical fault in the odds feed, or where the event outcome was already known at the time of bet placement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may vary by VIP tier.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Buas33 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including but not limited to poker, to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting any technical error, glitch, or vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in "chip dumping" or any strategy designed to transfer Account Balance to another player.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund your Account.
• Circumventing responsible gambling restrictions, self-exclusion periods, or deposit limits by any means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Buas33 staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

Buas33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated any provision of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or the Company's internal risk management policies.

Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms: (a) all pending withdrawals may be reviewed and subject to cancellation; (b) any Bonus Funds held in the Account will be immediately forfeited; (c) any real money Balance may be withheld pending investigation and will be returned to the Player only upon satisfactory resolution of the underlying concern.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the live chat support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after applicable checks. Where voluntary closure is related to responsible gambling concerns, we strongly encourage players to utilise self-exclusion tools first.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Buas33 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of Buas33 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal entertainment. This licence does not permit: reproduction or redistribution of any Platform content; reverse engineering of any software; commercial use of any Platform materials; or framing or linking to the Platform without written authorisation from Buas33.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Buas33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Buas33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strongly recommend that all Players maintain their own data backups and use reputable security software.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

13 Responsible Gambling

Buas33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should always be treated as a form of entertainment — never as a way to earn income or resolve financial difficulties.

All registered Players have access to the following responsible gambling tools at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account through the account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined time period.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Buas33 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15 Amendments to These Terms
